At its simplest, I like to think of Dru Yoga as tool for choosing your own inner state. Do you want more vitality? Happier emotions? Greater self respect? The ability to make great choices and stand by your convictions?

Dru Yoga is so much more than a method for acheiving great physical health. It's easy, flowing style is accessible to everyone. And it's easy-to-apply yet powerful techniques help you cultivate just about any state of emotions and mind you'd like.

Over the years, I've found that it's movements, visualisations, hand gestures and meditations can give you an answer to just about any situation.
